This was not going to be my first blog post, but I knew that it was important now more than ever to help as many people as I possibly can.
I’ve been working on my website for a while and I’ve been working to get it right so whilst things will change on this site I wanted to start sharing some positive messages with anyone who needs it right now.
On our Instagram page I shared the following:
“We have all had to change the way we live overnight. Our routines, our mind-set and our plans have all had to change. Even for those of us, who try to practise positive mental health on a daily basis, this new change has been extra challenging. But Hidden Forest Lifestyle set out to help other people so during this uncertain time we want to try our best to keep you positive, inspired and uplifted.
I will try my best to upload some information that can help you stay mindful and positive, from books, audio books, work outs, mindful tasks, positive quotes to name a few.
I also want you to know, it’s ok not to feel ok, and you are not alone. Fear of the unknown is really challenging, but with a deep breath lets take each day at a time and each task at a time.
Together we can get through this. Let stay connected.
