A jigsaw puzzle is a great way to practice mindfulness, allowing you to be in the present moment, whilst having fun. It is a powerful visual lesson that teaches you patience and persistence whilst building a positive mental attitude towards anything you want to achieve. We have put together a side-by-side analogy comparing the process involved in putting together a jigsaw puzzle and the process involved in achieving your goals.
